Hillsdale Shopping Center is usually open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on all days except on Sundays when it opens an hour late at 11 a.m. and closes two hours early at 7 p.m. The complex was designed by David D. Bohannon. Westlake Shopping Center inspired him to draft a master plan for what was to be Hillsdale Mall, circa 1952. The planned Hillsdale Mall was supposed to be an open-air facility, featuring Sears and Macy’s. An Emporium was added soon after, and in two decades the mall had over a hundred and fifty retailers. Macy’s and Nordstrom serve as the anchors for Hillsdale Shopping Center.

Don’t forget to visit the Cheesecake Factory, Paul Martin’s American Grill, Forever 21 and H&M. The Hillsdale Shopping Center is home to over 130 shops and restaurants. The Bohannon family owns the Hillsdale Shopping Center in addition to South Coast Plaza, NorthPark Center, and Bellevue Square. Hillsdale Shopping Center is a family-friendly mall with a bright open floor plan and indoor corridors that offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy window shopping or browsing, quick bites, contemporary dining, and of course extensive retail therapy.
